We will be focusing on adding more nutrition to your bread, as well as freeing yourself from the basic loaf recipe. To learn how to bake off the page and create your own recipe, using the basic loaf you already know.
We will be mixing a loaf of your very own creation to take home!
Will you create a vibrant purple loaf, seasonal pumpkin spice, seeded sandwich, pizza dough, Guinness rye, or something entirely different??
Join me to take the next step in your sourdough journey.
Please bring a large bowl with a cover to mix your dough in.
We do have beautiful ones to choose from as well.
